Earplugs Help Me Sleep in Hostels—But Now I Can’t Hear My Alarm! Any Tips?

I booked a one-way flight to Europe and I was staying at hostels to save money, which can be difficult at times since I have had people turn the lights on early morning, and in addition, they leave their phone notifications on so I can hear every text. To combat this, I wear an eye mask and leave a sticky note on the door asking to please silence phones. However, there are times where people disregard the note, so I would have earplugs in. The issue is if I have to wake up early, I will barely hear my alarm clock. What would be the best solution? Thank you in advance.
