Can we change university after getting visa?

So I’ve gotten my admit in one university and my visa appointment is on the 13th. I’m still waiting on another university to get back to me and was wondering incase I end up getting that admit after I finish my visa appointment, is there any way I can update my details once I fly to Germany?
