Requesting to take over r/10thDentist

I would like to moderate r/10thDentist. It appears either unmoderated or the one moderator just doesnt care. The subreddit has started slowly turning to chaos and users are commenting about how theres no one to stop them...

Id be more than happy to take it over and try to patch it up, and to make it distinct from r/The10thDentist!
