Old piercing hole swelling? Help pls🙏

Hi so there has been a lump or bump growing just behind my ear for the past couple of day and like when I wake up I realise there is pus on my pillow😬, when I inspected my ear further I realised that the pus was coming from my old piercing hole just below my new one that I had 8 months ago. So like there isn't jewellery in there and should have closed up tbh, but lmao it looks like it opened up and now is swelling again. Pls help me, advice is needed🙏🙏🙏I basically finished all of aftercare solution months ago and have been cleaning the infected area with saline water recently.
