Eye contact 5 piastres note…

I have this 5 piastres note from Egypt that I know almost nothing about. I’m also aware that it’s condition makes it worth almost nothing, but I was trying to find what I can on it and noticed I couldn’t find a single picture of one where the person is looking at the viewer like this. Any info on it would be awesome, even if it’s just, “you searched the wrong thing.” Thanks!
