Delirium caused by UTI, what to do?

My father (56yo) has been experiencing a UTI and today he went to the ER to get diagnosed and to get some antibiotics. He was not delusional before the doctors office but after I took him home he started acting delusional and then began hallucinating. I’m aware it’s normal for people to be delusional when experiencing severe UTIs but should I take him back to the hospital or just let the antibiotics run it’s course for a bit and see if that sorts his issues out?
