Does ANYWHERE in this town hire trans women?

Tired of getting harassed by transphobes at my current job, happened at my last job too but I get interviews really easily and then they laugh or even gasp at me during interviews. I don't know what I'm supposed to do to survive. I just need somewhere that will hire me and not immediately harass me out if/when they clock me
