Is it worth holding International Stock?

Hi there! 26M and I'm saving up for a downpayment on a house that I plan to buy in 3 years. I'm putting about 75% of what I save into an HYSA, as 3 years is a risky timeframe to be 100% in stock, but I am putting 25% into stocks hoping it grows a bit. I figure even if the market drops 50% at the exact time I want to buy (unlikely) I'll only be losing around 12% of my total down payment. Most of that invested money is in VOO and QQQM however about 10% is in VXUS. Is it worth holding VXUS for the diversification benefit on such a short timeline? Or even worth it in general? Would love to hear your insights.
