Searching for old pixel horrors
Hi everyone! Ever since I was younger (middle school age) I got really into pixel horrors. I downloaded as many as I could find. Now I’m trying to reccomend some for a friend, but there’s three I remember vividly, but cannot remember the names of. Can anyone in the community give me the names of these three games if they’ve heard of/played them? Spoilers ahead!
Low pixel horror that markiplier played a very long time ago, possibly around 2016-2018. Features a girl going back to her hometown (she has a big pointy headbow and a yellow raincoat I think?) there’s a museum run by a character that is mute and communicates through post it notes, and was cursed by a spirit in the forest. It has a very strong japanese/east asian mythology vibe, or so I remember. Name possibly has the word “rain” in it?
This one is kind of silent hill but in low pixel rpg form? A man goes to a town to find a lost wedding ring. Death follows him around, we later find out that he is a ghost and this is his unfinished business.
This is the one that’s the most blurry. A boy gets adopted into an orphanage with a “teacher.” He opens a door and suddenly he finds each of the classmates with him have their own fairytale, but its creepy and kind of bad. There’s a motif of either moths, or some kind of insect?
