Getting groped on a cruise, what to do?

Ladies, I need help, I am currently in the west Caribbean on a cruise for the first time ever and 2 days ago one of the crew membres groped me and have been calling my cabin non stop. I reported him but the calling didn’t stop, yesterday I was woken up at 1:30 am and I had to negotiate for over an hour to change cabins. The have funnily enlightened downgraded my cabin as the ship is full. I am not sure how to proceed, plus they can’t gurantee my safety outside of the ship. What are my options, do I have any? I am a European citizen on MSC.
