Scene of Ross smiling at Hathaway (help me find it!)

Hi all,

So this show aired when I was at college, and I rediscovered it on Max. I've been trying to find a scene that has stuck in my head forever... I think it's at the end of an episode (but maybe not), and Doug Ross is sitting in the ER (I think), looks over at Carol and gives her this reassuring, loving smile - the kind that made Clooney famous. It's always stuck in my mind b/c a female friend was like "oh that smile is everything" haha. I think maybe it's in Season 2, but not sure. Does this ring a bell for anyone?
