Chicken calories?!
So I've been eating chicken legs (Thigh+Drumstick) almost everyday. I've been logging the food into my app as 160 calories per drumstick (boiled in water and no skin). I had a cheat meal recently and checked the KFC nutritional information to log it in, and apparently a fried chicken leg with the skin is 130 calories... I've now looked at multiple websites and other options on the LoseIt app for the calories of a chicken leg and there's so many conflicting information. I genuinely refuse to believe a spiceless, boiled in water, no skin chicken leg has more calories than a fried KFC chicken leg. Any help from some chicken enjoyers?
