GPU Bottleneck on 12900k/4090?

Hey, I'm getting a lot of lagging when I'm playing so I ran a benchmark, and for some reason its saying I'm bottlenecked at the GPU? What am i doing wrong here. I have tried putting my settings to high, Ultra, and extreme (this test is on extreme). I have tried my vram scale from 75 to 90, and it doesn't make sense.
