Postpartum needing to lose weight
So I’m 8 months postpartum with my second baby. I’m 22 years old my oldest in 2 and a half. Before pregnancy I was always naturally fit never really needed to work out for a good figure to to maintain a good weight. Well after I had my first I gained 50 pounds I started off 110 pounds I’m 5,3 and ended up 160. Now after my second child the scale won’t budge from 165.
I literally have no idea what to do as I said I’ve never had to work out and I really just want to lose weight and feel good about myself again. I do exclusively breastfeed and I also breastfed my daughter for over a year so I’ve pretty much been breastfeeding and pregnant for almost 3 years.
The main areas I’d like to lose fat is in my stomach and thighs and arms. Any advice or tips would be so much appreciated as it can get very overwhelming when researching weight loss
