Sharp Pains but Clear CT

I know we’re not all doctors here but this is the situation I’m in.

For the last few weeks I’ve been having an abundance of GI issues. I have pain in my RLQ and in my back. It comes and goes. When the pain starts I get nauseated and lose all sense of any appetite. But the pain isn’t super severe, just sharp and stabby. It hurts right at the McBurney’s spot, and is tender when pressed on. But get this. My blood work/CT was normal except for my inflammation markers were high. I’ve wondered if it was my appendix but apparently it looks normal. Has this happened to anyone? I feel like I’m going crazy with these symptoms but nothing to show for it.
