Looking for a critique partner or group

Hey hey, I've done this before but as expected, things slow down and turn to radio silence.

I'm looking for someone (or a group) to exchange pieces for critique. I think most of us have been burned by going twenty pages in for someone else just to have them ghost. I was thinking maybe trying to keep exchanges below 500 words (unless pace naturally picks up, there's not hard or fast rules).

Whether it's manuscripts, synopsis's, query letters, whatever. I'm hoping to find someone where you can, guilt free, exchange snippets or small pieces of work without feeling a social guilt because it's a back and forth trade. Ideally on discord or even just google drive share exchanges. Let me know what you think!

About me: I'm a mid thirties woman, I write contemporary fantasy in first person. I'm not the best best for high fantasy, but I can try my best :) I'm taking a break from work so I have more time now, but I know most adults have a real life and real things to do, so the pace could be spread out.
