Best Tankless RO System?

I'm looking for a tankless RO system to remove/limit as much plastic as possible. Right now it looks like Waterdrop and SimPure are some reasonable options. Does anyone have any experience they can share or recommendations? I'm open to other suggestions if there is something better.
