Need your precious advice

I have completed my GS scored around 88 to 102 and in CSAT around 100 not able to clear prelims and from past 3 months I haven't studied an inch. I have completed my GS (as per me) but my ethics, society, and optional part is not touched or incomplete. Can you please suggest me if it is possible to realise my dreams in 8 month or it will be another futile attempt by my side. What does your wisdom say. I have no one to take guidance from nor any friends.. and i m too introvert to ask someone for help so this is the last platform for help. Your words mean a lot to me.
