Dress code in my friend's all girls engineering college

I'm just- Wtf even is destroyed jeans

They received this notice just a few days ago, it's an all girls college. On one hand they boast on empowering women with education and best technical facilities yet there's this restriction.

While I do agree some of these are reasonable like spaghetti tops, tube tops etc whats wrong with simple tshirt and jeans? 😭
