Remasculinization after switching to injections despite having good levels. Is it a good idea to take AAs again or should I just give it more time?
About a month ago I finally switched to injections (EEn 40mg/mL, 5mg taken subq every week) from being on pills + spiro. After a while I started noticing faster facial hair growth, easier to get erections, more frequent morning wood, and wet dreams, and nose became slightly oily again. It's awful.
So I took a blood test recently thinking it's not working but levels are actually great? Way better than they ever were before. (E: 250pg/ml, T: 27ng/dl). LH and FSH were pretty low too. I didn't check for DHT or SHBG.
I know "remasculinization" is something that happens when starting injections but I thought things should be stabilized by now? My levels are good so why? Should I just keep being on monotherapy and wait to see if things go back to how they were, or should I take AAs again just to be safe?
