clients are so funny

i always have to stop myself from being sassy or giving certain remarks with clients 🤣 client came in with a return past 60 days and she was like oh i thought we could return whenever 💀 and asked for an exception but i still said no. she’s says alright then and i’m like yeah sorry about that and she replies with yeah i’m sure you are and rolls her eyes, haha right next to her daughter also like no wonder these kids have attitudes. anyways i just think it’s funny how annoyed they get over something like a return
