accidentally frozen

I brought my compounded sema to hotel and accidentally froze it. I didn't think anything of it. I've noticed recently that it has lost it's appetite suppressing quality to it and I also seen that I've had it since 3 months ago. Now that I am looking it up it says that freezing it can make it ineffective and also that you should use it within 30 days. Idk if I am developing a tolerance to it or if freezing it and having it for so long is whats making it less effective. what do yall think? anyone experience something similar? I think I'm gonna order a small dose knowing that I can't hold on to it for over 28 days.
