Why are players so toxic?

I was playing quick match dominating the lobby, this kid (he’s prob 12) named GayLosers898, decides to call me shit at the game even though I’m 7-0 in a 2v5 scenario. Sadly I lost the last round but my man is calling me bad because I’m silver, and I only solo queue. Lastly, he doesn’t even have a profile like if your gonna make fun of me at least show stats on r6 tracker.
