Swing Stick Players - Whats your best high winds strategy

Of course lie comes into play as well, but for the sake of conversation let's say it's relatively flat fairway.

With 12-15mph winds I've tried draw/fade shots and I've tried counting tiles based on wind speed, that is to say if winds are 12mph left to right I'm aiming ~10 tiles left. If I'm fading or drawing, I'm moving fewer tiles to the side the wind is coming from as my shot is being hit INTO the wind to counteract it's effects.

I've been playing for ~3-4 weeks. Swing stick only. ProAm swing difficulty. I have a straight line most of the time, but timing is still improving.
