What's your opinion on Cetrion?

So as my previous one was plenty popular, I decided to make another one. So here is the idea of picking a character and asking those here what their opinion of the chosen character out of mere curiosity of what people would say, I picked Cetrion as I had gods on the mind and chose one of the less popular MK deities.
