Times (UK)

What are the times, this may be stupid i’ve been here for 4 months and the times really confuse me. how often do they change? what’s the difference between the left and right and why are they both there what do each mean. i’m talking about the bottom of the screen that says for example (175/150). what do these mean i’m so confuseddd!!
