wishing tree donations still at the store?

our wishing tree donation boxes are still in our stockroom and full of gifts that haven’t been delivered or picked up. i was wondering if this is the same for anyone else’s store? you’d think that they’d be delivered to the children and families in need already considering it’s mid january
