Pc freezing while heavy tasking

Hi, my gaming pc crashes or freezes despite of having decent specifications. It usually happens after quitting a game played for an hour or so, moreover it also happens while installing some heavy applications. How can I fix this issue, if anyone knows anything please help.

Edit: The fans on my PC becomes fast and loud, keyboard and mouse stops responding. I have to restart manually using restart button. Sometimes it freezes on the same screen or sometimes shows BSOD and restarts automatically.
