Is this suspicious or is it just me

So I played two games with at least the same guy in both of them. And in both I had connection issues like hitting the zombies it took a second for them to actually fall over dead and then this happened, this clip is from the first game I played with him. I really don't like the coincidence of it being both games then I waited a little bit and did a third no guy and no connection issues.
