Drinking after metro vaginal gel

I am taking metro vaginal gel for my bv and tomorrow is my last day (thursday) I want to drink Friday night but I'm not sure if I can because everything says to wait 3 days and I've seen a lot of different opinions. Please help I need to know other people's experiences drinking the day after finishing it
