Need suggestions for work/personal laptop and a headset around the budget of 1 Lakh?
I'm looking for a work / personal laptop that I need for my office work (I'm an independent contractor for my company so have to buy my own laptop).
Here are all the requirements -
The laptop should be capable enough of doing heavy professional tasks like coding, multiple tabs on browsers, being able to run financial service softwares locally etc. So great performance with no lag or stutter whatsoever and fast refresh rate display (if possible), atleast 16 gb of super fast RAM, great powerful processor, super fast SSD support so the entire windows 11 UI feels snappy with no lags or stutters or jitters should be of utmost priority.
Battery life is incredibly important because often times I have to work or conduct important meetings while doing a business trip. So the ability of the laptop to last long without needing an external charger to charge the battery every single minute is also something which is incredibly important.
Great webcam is very important particularly from the standpoint of conducting virtual zoom, teams and Google meet calls. My job involves working directly with American clients and so presentation and how I look in these client calls is something which is incredibly important. Henceforth, great webcam particularly from virtual conference/meetings standpoint is again of high priority.
Display should be great to look at as my work involves looking at the display for hours and so it's important to make sure that it is a high quality display that doesn't cause any eye strains or headaches. Great resolution, great brightness to the point that viewing it directly under sun should not be a problem, great colors etc. - everything should be great about display.
Lastly, ergonomically the laptop should be sleek. That is kinda something you would expect from a professional work machine. This involves having nice clicky keys that are good to type at, great trackpad with great cursor monitoring, solid build quality - there shouldn't be any compromises on that front , all the modern necessary ports, light weight and easy to carry in flights and trains, easy to work at in any environment etc.
I plan on using this laptop for the next 5 - 7 years again with no lags or jitters or stutters whatsoever. I've also given some thought about buying a MacBook Pro and it is pretty great but usually I don't know if our CRM tools are properly built for MacOS. Beyond that, I don't know if MacOS allows using pirated softwares or not?
As for the headset, I want to use the headset primarily for virtual calls with my clients and so microphone quality should be absolutely great with proper noise reduction and crystal clear voice capturing. Alongside that the sound out of those headsets should be clear and loud for me to hear what my clients are saying. The sound is also important because this headset will be attached to my work / personal laptop so I'll end up using this headset for watching YouTube or Netflix etc. Ergonomically again, these headsets should be great so I can wear them for long periods of time (i.e. for multiple hours) without the need of removing them or plugging them off.
The budget is not just strictly kept to 1Lakh but can extend beyond 1 Lakh to 1.25 Lakh since I want great state of the art equipment and I want to buy it one and for all without the need of buying another one of these equipments for the next 5 - 8 years.
Sorry for the long post but I have to clearly voice out my requirements so it doesn't create any confusion.
