[ADVICE] run before you waste your energy

So I don't usually write posts about my experience,
but this time i feel entitled to do it,
I started on Fiverr over 5 years ago, and until last year I had 5/5 positive reviews with over 1k orders,
all my customers kept coming back and ordering from me, I even kept running 4 of their youtube channels by making thumbnails and video edits,
so in general i was pretty successful there in the field of graphic designing to video animating to architectural planning and 3D modelling,
then i had an accident that put me in the hospital for 2 weeks, which resulted in me being unable to deliver or communicate with 2 customers,
afterward I went back after i healed and started trying to work again, but sadly didn't get any orders over the course of 4 months, which is pretty weird,
the only orders i got were from repeated customers,
even dropped from lvl 2 seller to a new seller because of two orders in 1 month that were not delivered and many other messages that i couldnt reply to quick enough due to me being in the hospital,
yeah i get it it is normal to drop because of one month statistics, but here is the harsh part,
4-5 months after that as I said i was not getting any orders so there was no chance of me gaining back my level,
so i went to discord servers and to my work place , since most of my graphic working is for gamers,
and posted there that if u write me a message on Fiverr and order I will give u a cheap offer for any logo/graphic design that u want,
and surely alot of customers started ordering and messaging me, while some of them pointed out that they can't search for my profile and they don't seem to find it, so I shared my profile there, and some of them got lost because I had too many Gigs so I told them to search for a specific gig title that is related to logos,
and somehow fiverr considered this a violation of their terms!!!!!!!!!!
like how is that violation if i am telling people to go and order from me ?
isn't it the whole idea of freelancing ? or should i wait another 5 months without getting any orders ?
it is a competition between thousands of freelancers so how is it that if i promote myself is a violation ?
also I was paying for fiverr seller plus and all other memberships and boosting ADs!
paid over 200$ in 4 months without getting anything in return for some weird reason!
like okay you don't want me to promote myself, and u take money from me, and u don't funnel me with customers ? like what is the whole point of this website ????
and you remember when I asked customers to search for a specific gig name ?
well only 3 other sellers where using same keywords, and in the search results I was not even included,
WHILE A F**** IMPOSTOR that took my gig name and my gig pictures and made a gig out of it was showing !!!!!!
so I snapped and reported this to Fiverr that is theft and he is stealing my work,
well yeah they banned his account and I was asking why my gig was not showing in the search and they reply with it is related to my performance recently,
like how in the name of god am i supposed to increase my performance if you don't show my gigs,
dont allow people to search for my name, and u don't allow me to bring customers to buy from me !!!
and they ended up banning my complete account!!!!
it has been 4 months since that and I messaged them and they ditched me again,
this website is bad,
if any of you guys here value yourselves you should move to any other different platform,
wasting 5 years on this platform so others steals your gigs, and Fiverr takes monthly payment from u and if someone orders from u for 5 euros they pay 7 euros to fiverr and you recieve 4 Dolars which is like 3.5 euros,
all of this and I was still working there like a dummy,
but Fiverr deserves no good at all since this is how they treat their bad management
