I cant purchase carian retaliation

I accidently killed seluvi by progresing on ranni questline and i couldnt purchase that ash of war for my shield, so i gave his Bell bearing to the twin maidens but there is 0 left on the store and i cant buy that ítem.

I already checked if i have it on my inventory but there is nothing. is there any way i can restock that ítem or can i get it anywhere else?
