Does she know what forehead kisses mean?

I give my dog forehead kisses all of the time, and whenever I do she puts her ears down the back of her head (she does it whenever she's excited and happy) so I guess what I'm wondering is, can she tell that when I give her forehead kisses it's the same as her licking me? Or like ,, does she understand that I do it cus I love her?
