No cleanliness bar

Hello!! I'm not sure where to put this, but I started my cult a little while ago, and I was going to post something about it but I forgot, anyway, I somehow skipped through the hygiene bit or something, I never got the quest, and now my cult has no hygiene bar??? I'm on like day 30, and I've cleaned up and stuff, but no hygiene bar??? It's so strange, I'd rather not restart my cult if I have to though, I quite like it!! Any tips?? Also sorry if this breaks any rules or if it's been covered before!!!
