Rating your physical appearance.

Not sure if this is the right sub. Pero I’m curious. Ang dami ko kasing nababasa na post sa phr4r na sub na may rating sa sarili nila na 7/10 or 8/10 and so on. So my question is pano nila nirrate sarili nila? Or do they ask other people to rate them?
