Which current or past multi-season HW (from any franchise) has coasted the most?

It may be because it’s currently airing… But I’d have to say Garcelle… And I like don’t even dislike Garcelle… But what’s been her storyline this season? The beach house? I’m delighted for her, sincerely… But she’s never really driven the action… Crystal and Teddi both got 3 seasons largely being the same… But this is Garcelle’s I think fifth season now?

I’m trying to think of others… Maybe Gina and Emily on OC? I’m convinced Bravo got them with a Groupon or something… Julia is coasting on Miami… Cynthia coasted for a long while on RHOA…
