student friendly bpo company

hi everyone! i'm a first year college student here, has anyone of you know some bpo companies that are student friendly and has a fixed schedule? like weekends are off. i tried to apply at alorica and passed their assessment and interview, but they're not student friendly. then i hope u could give me some tips too
