Question on Shield Hero after just starting

So I'm 5 episodes into Shield Hero. I really like the premise, but am currently a bit off put..... I figured as soon as he went to buy a slave it would be some pre pubescent girl, but since they didn't seem to over sexualize her I kept watching and was happy when she grew up.... Only for two episodes later for another prepubescent naked girl to show up because reasons....

Again I do like the premise and animation of the show, but really am not a fan of half or fully naked young girls doing nothing, but calling the main character master all the time. Does this get any less present in the show or is it pretty much always around??
